Therefore all our engineers are allowed a little extra time with no extra cost to spend time going through step-by-step processes on using new equipment.
If needed we will write down all the information so that if you are unsure of what button to press or not sure what channel you get your DVD on, you can simply revert back to your paperwork or just give one of our Staff a call, who will be more than happy to help.
